“I am rooting for a demonstration to the world the United States justice system works.” ~ James Comey
I agree in principle with James Comey. I want to see justice. I want the truth.
However, I believe in writing this essay to the country, Comey is still acting out his role in our kabuki theater, which is as the “We Take the High Road Because We’re Respectable Holy Roller”character.
Thing is, James Comey has no business being Holier Than Thou because the story he, John Brennan, and James Clapper sold to the American public has more holes in it than an average Alex Jones script read by one of his “crisis actors” on YouTube.
You see, Comey knew from the inception of what we now call “Russia-gate,” its foundation is bullshit. Donald Trump is not a Russian spy. Any simpleton can see this.
Donald Trump simply is too stupid to be a spy or mastermind anything.
Therefore, these are all words someone is putting in Comey’s mouth for him. Same for Brennan and Clapper. Who’s the real puppet?
Seriously? Can you envision Donald Trump thinking the thoughts James Bond thinks as 007 in the movies? WTF?!? He can’t keep his lies straight from moment to moment, much less crack the American democracy DaVinci Code over a Big Mac and a half gallon of Haagen-Dazs in Beverly Hills..
Donald Trump isn’t Sean Connery folks, nor is Vladimir Putin Dr. Evil. Anyone who believes this narrative does way too much Hollywood Spy vs Spy stuff to see clearly who is who and what is what away from the Kool-Aid haze of reality TV.
Truth is Donald Trump is a tool. Like a weedwhacker or a vacuum is a tool, except in reverse. Donald Trump doesn’t clean up a mess, rather his job is to make a mess as a Craftsman chaos snowmachine. Make a snowball out of poo and keep it rolling up the hill for everyone to follow.
He shat on the desk, then proceeded to blow crap all over the Oval Office, the military, and any coherent notion of policy and government as being for the good of the people, didn’t he?
Steve Bannon told us on day one Trump is a blunt instrument tool like a hammer, Steve has no earthly idea whether or not Trump “gets it,” but the bottom line is we’re going to destroy The State just like Lenin did back in the day. Sickle, meet Hammer.
With Russia (and all the other wars simmering on the burners throughout Asia and Europe and Middle East), Trump does whatever his neoconservative handlers tell him to do. Because he has no foreign policy or ideology of his own.
No, he doesn’t. Trump has no ideology. What he has is a set of attitudes. For instance, I hate Obama, so I will undo anything and everything Obama did in office. This isn’t an ideology, folks, it’s a grudge fueled by resentment.
Don’t overthink it. There’s no 4D chess going on here, just pissing on things, marking his territory as the “alpha dog.”
No, Trump is not “helping Putin.” Only an idiot would believe this scenario because of the mountain of evidence which indicates just the opposite to be true.
In fact, Trump has no economic, domestic, or foreign ideology other than “Me.” Therefore, any benefit to anyone not named “Me” which may come from anything he does is coincidental. Collateral damage, so to speak, again in reverse. Inadvertent to the hoisting of the Great Leader’s social status is any good which comes of his actions for anyone else.
Everything – absolutely everything – is a zero sum game to Donald Trump.
WINNING!!! is Me and LOSER, YOU’RE FIRED! is You.
No, Trump is not some super hero fighting the “Deep State” along with the resurrected ghost of JFK down at Q’s house. This narrative is really something someone scribbled on a napkin down at Quincy’s Steakhouse and boosted on the internet.
It isn’t even Us vs Them with Trump. It’s Me vs everything and everyone Not-Me.
Trump is against blacks because he is white. He is against women because he’s a man. He’s against the regular people because he’s an aristocrat. Simple. Trump isn’t fighting the “Deep State” out of some comic booked up, mask-wearing virtue, he’s just out to get “Them” before they get “Me.”
As in run-of-the-mill paranoia, megalomania, and monomania, which manifests as the authoritarianism and xenophobia, which resonate with many in the American general public.
Trump is a solipsist, as we’ve known all along.
As They come to get Me, we expect Trump to react as the reactionary poo-flinging monkey with a hand grenade we’ve all come to know and love, don’t we?
Which is why James Comey wrote the following. Please note, Comey has known all along this Russia-gate thing is a manufactured drama to illicit support for his centrist views, as embodied symbolically by Hillary Clinton, and ideologically aligned with neoliberalism and neoconservatism.
This is Comey’s third act. The first was his “Get Hillary with the emails” act, then it was his “Higher Purpose Get Trump” act, now it is his “Calm down people and accept our authority” act. You see, Russia-gate worked so well, it conned half the general public into believing in the shit snowball John Brennan rolled up for you, so now the narrative is Too Big To Fail and is to be used by the Democratic party as yet another, At Least We’re Not Trump campaign, because this slogan worked so well the first time.
But the other half of the country, well… the Trumpets, rubes and marks, they still have pitchforks and torches and firearms at the ready. So better calm them down, right?
Please keep in mind, when Comey says “What I Want From the Mueller Report,” what he actually means is “What I Expect You to Want From the Mueller Report because I am the authority figure in this relationship.”
That’s right, it’s the old “I am the adult in the room” role we see all these folks play publicly when they position themselves next to Trump. He’s the child. They are the adult. Ipso facto, therefore and so on, while you’ve all accepted I am the authority figure standing over watching Trump, you should definitely accept my authority over you too, dear reader, or else…. (some CIA NSA FBI Jedi mind trick magic stuff you’re not supposed to notice going on between the lines, Ahem.)
Without further ado (meaning no more of yours truly flapping his gums in the wind), here’s James Comey now letting his centrist constituency down gently with a prelude to Mueller finding no collusion between Trump Putin to speak of, as he’s known all along to be the case:
