  1. One of the simplest solutions is to spend more time standing and moving around.

    I have a stand up desk at home. And when at work, I also usually stand. I also do a lot of exercise: walking, jogging, high-intensive intermittent training, resistance training, etc.

    Whatever it may do for my butt, it sure makes me feel better. Plus, research indicates that it will lead to longer life. It is the combination of factors. Even exercise can’t undo the damage of sitting all day, as one study found.
